Isabel Cook Native Plant Garden

To celebrate Earth Day, the Town of San Anselmo hired HSLA to design a low water use California Native Plant Garden at the Isabel Cook Community Center. The garden provides a variety of year-round color and texture through the combination of grasses, perennials and broad-leafed shrubs. As a community education tool, the garden contains plants endemic to Marin County, as well as important host plants and pollinator plants. Volunteers from the community and from Coldwell Banker planted the garden on Earth Day 2018.
